If I add another service at a later date will I still get my bundle discount?

YES! If you add an international calling plan or other advanced features you will still receive the bundled discount off your IDT invoice for each of the products you choose for 6-months.

Will my current phone features work with DSL?

YES! Adding Verizon Online DSL to your phone line does not affect your other telephone services and advanced calling features but you must have IDT phone service in order to get the Verizon Online DSL service.

If I lose power in my home, will I still have phone service?

YES! IDT’s home phone service uses regular phone lines not household electrical power like cable. As long as your telephone service was not disabled during a power outage you will be at ease knowing you can still make and receive calls from your home phone.

How does DSL compare to cable modems?

Cable modems offer service over a shared cable. Multiple users may be connected to the same local cable line and can slow down service. DSL provides a dedicated connection so you are directly connected to the Internet and don't have to share your local access connection with other users. If your location qualifies we may able to offer you the 3.0 mbps higher speed Internet package.

I’m ready to switch to IDT’s Double Play but I currently have cable Internet. Should I cancel it before switching?

No. Please wait until the Verizon Online DSL is active and then cancel your cable Internet.
