You have reached the IDT/UTA calling card settlement web interface claim system. You can use this web page to claim Refund PINs. In order to process your claim, we will first need to gather certain information about you. Then, you will need to enter the IDT calling card PIN number(s) for which you want to claim a refund. Upon each successful claim, a Refund PIN number will be created and displayed along with an access number. You should be ready to print out or write down each Refund PIN, the access number and other important information. You can claim up to 5 refund credits on the same Refund PIN. Additional credits will result in new Refund PINs being issued to you. The number of Refund PINs you can claim are limited – if you reach the maximum number of Refund PINs that can be awarded on this system, you will be given further instructions at that time.
Refund PINs are valued at $.50 each or for claims for rechargeable calling cards $.50 for each five dollars initially loaded onto the rechargeable calling card. Refund PINs will not be offered for free or promotional calling cards. Your refund PINs can be used to make domestic calls in the United States. They cannot be used from a payphone or for directory assistance. You will have 5 domestic minutes for each $.50 loaded onto your refund PINs. Service is provided by IDT.
